Age/Child Policy:Seafood Expo Global and Seafood Processing Global is open to trade professionals only. Due to liability restrictions no one under the age of 18 will be permitted in the exhibit hall. There will be NO exceptions.
Baggage Policy:Visitors may bring up to two bags inside the exhibit halls provided they are smaller than 30cm x 43cm x 15cm. Larger items should remain at home or be deposited at the coat checks located in Hall 10 or the Astrid Hall.
Cancellation Policy:Registration fees are non-refundable.
Payment Policy:I hereby authorize Diversified Communications to charge the amount specified above to the designated credit card. If paying by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express Seafood Expo Global is the company name which will appear on your credit card billing statement.
Sampling Policy:All product sampling must be done on the exhibit floor. Attendees will not be permitted to exit the exhibit hall with product samples. Samples that attendees attempt to remove from the show floor will be confiscated at the exits and donated to a charity.
Attendee`s Acknowledgments and Agreements for Admission to Seafood Expo Global and Seafood Processing Global
By registering for attendance at and/or participation in Seafood Expo Global and Seafood Processing Global, I do hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:
I am registering to attend Seafood Expo Global/Seafood Processing Global using my true name and I have fully and accurately identified my associations and affiliations relevant to my interest in attending the exhibition.
I acknowledge that I understand that the purpose of Seafood Expo Global/Seafood Processing Global is to promote the sale, distribution, marketing, development and use of seafood products and related equipment and services, and represent and agree that, while attending the exhibition, I shall not engage in any activities or conduct that may directly or indirectly:
Promote or advertise any idea or product which is inconsistent with the above stated purpose of the exhibition;
Promote the limitation of or discourage the use, distribution, development or marketing of any seafood product or related equipment or services;
Object to, demonstrate against, or negatively target the products, business practices or business methods of any exhibitor or the seafood industry generally; or
Disrupt the orderly operation, business or purpose of Seafood Expo Global/Seafood Processing Global or any exhibitor.
Engage in any activity which could be construed as the solicitation of products and services, unless I am also an exhibitor or co-exhibitor and the activity is confined to the space allotted by the exhibit space contract.
I agree to abide by and follow any rules and regulations of the organizers of Seafood Expo Global/Seafood Processing Global.
I understand and agree that the organizers of Seafood Expo Global/Seafood Processing Global reserve the right to:
Refuse to register or to deny admission to the exhibition by any attendee whose reasons for attending and/or participating in Seafood Expo Global/Seafood Processing Global are not consistent with the purposes of this exhibition; and
Deny admission to the exhibition by, or to remove any attendee, whose conduct or actions, as determined by the organizers in their sole discretion, detracts from the general character of the exhibition as a whole, disrupts the orderly operation and business of the exhibition, or is inconsistent with the purposes of the exhibition. The right to deny admission to and/or remove attendees from the exhibition includes, but is not limited to, instances in which attendees may be dressed in a sexually aggressive or offensive manner, or are engaged in conduct, including the distribution of any form of printed or other materials, of a character which the organizers, in their sole discretion, determine to be objectionable.
